Content Originality

We provide original and premium quality content accompanied by Copyscape reports. However, as Copyscape omits images, media, and videos provided, we only provide the guarantee of the original text that appears on Copyscape. Moreover, upon completion and payment of the project, it becomes your property. 

Images Provided

At Big Build Digital, we only provide images from royalty-free websites. It is because we don’t have ownership of the images provided to you. The photographers own the copyrights of the images provided. Hence, we cannot transfer the rights. Therefore, you agree that Big Build Digital is not responsible in any situation and that you will buy the recommended images before you use them to avoid infringement.

Limitation of Liability

You hereby agree that Big Build Digital is or shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage (such as direct, consequential, special, incidental, and exemplary) that occurs or may occur allegedly from the website use. 

Project Terms 

• You hereby agree that all quotes and estimates provided are based entirely on understanding your specifications and requirements and per the decided timeframe. However, any changes to the specifications, or micro-improvements, may lead to additional costs. We operate in good faith and rely on customers to provide and disclose full project details and scope at the time of quotation. Therefore, any discrepancy that may arise because Big Build Digital shall not bear unclear requirements.
• You agree that any delay at your end, such as approvals, edits, or details, may delay the project, and the proposed timeframe may exceed. 
• Programming errors and bugs reported during or after development will not be charged extra. 
• Any modification to the design, development or content after the Go-Live approval shall incur additional charges. For all additional work (over and above), the estimates are charged separately. And you hereby agree that Big Build Digital shall not be held liable or responsible for delays caused by the project brief-related changes. 

No Warranty

You (the site user) agree that under no circumstance shall Big Build Digital or our affiliates, partners, promoters, distributors, or advertisers should be held responsible for losses or damages like death or injuries that may occur after the use of our website or services or content posted on the site or transmitted by our members.

You agree that we don’t warrant the adequacy, completeness, authenticity, or accuracy of the materials or information shared or used on this website.

There is no warranty of any kind, expressed, statutory, or implied, including or limited to warranties of non-infringement of 3rd party rights. Also, you agree that you, the site user, shall be solely responsible for ensuring the legality and content accuracy of your order without limitation.

Refund Policy

Full payment shall be made if you request a refund before we start working on the project. You agree that transaction charges shall be included during the process. However, if you ask for a refund because you’re not fully satisfied with the service, we will refund the remaining balance (after expenses). Also, you agree that the amount for completed work will not be refunded.
